Beam Card Shop is a Dutch company, with all fulfillment and shipping operations based in the Netherlands.

Beam Card Shop uses Card Market to keep the prices in our webshop as accurate and low as possible. Our goal is to make products available to customers at a fair price — not in the hands of scalpers. To ensure this, our website includes built-in scalper protection.

Please note that Beam relies on the supply it receives directly from Pokémon. In some cases, this means certain products may sell out faster than others. To make sure you don’t miss out on a new release, we recommend signing up for our newsletter, where we always announce our latest products first.

When a product is available for pre-order, you can already purchase it, but it will not be shipped immediately.

The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product image. Please note that some items have an official release date and we can not ship the items before that specific date.

If you order multiple items from our webshop, please note that your entire order will be shipped together once all items are in stock.

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1–2 business days.

For international orders, delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days.

Please note that during a restock/ launch for high demand products, it is possible that we need a little longer to fulfill all orders. In all time you can check the status of your package under our 'track my order' page.

All orders are carefully and as sustainably as possible packed at our fulfillment center. You will receive updates about your package by email, and the postal service will provide details about the exact delivery. You can also track your order at any time via our website.

Please make sure to double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Once your package has been packed, the delivery address can no longer be changed.

We strive to provide excellent customer service. To ensure efficiency, we handle all inquiries exclusively via email and will respond to your request within 48 hours.

Our customer service team communicates in English, allowing us to assist customers on an international scale.

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please contact us via our contact page

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You may choose any shipping service, but we strongly recommend using a traceable method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed returns.

If your return request is approved, we will provide clear instructions on how to send your package. Please note that products returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Shipping times may be longer if you are located outside the Netherlands.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Sealed Collectibles
Since we sell sealed collectibles, you must first contact us through our contact page before initiating a return. Once a sealed product has been opened, we cannot accept your return.
