Beam Return Policy

 

How to Request a Return

You can request a return via our Return Portal 

You must notify us through the return portal within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it. After notifying us, you then have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

All returns must be registered through our Return Portal before sending the item.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive all necessary instructions to send your item back.

Please do not return your order to the address on your shipping label, this is our fulfillment warehouse, not our return facility.

 


 

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Your order number must be included inside or on the return package.

  • Sealed collectible items (such as booster packs, boxes, and similar products) can only be returned if the seal remains intact.

  • We may ask for a photo of the unopened box or products to verify the condition before processing your return.

Items returned without prior registration through our portal will not be accepted.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
In our Return Portal, you can purchase a return label with track & trace. Beam Card Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments, so we recommend always using a tracked shipping method.

If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no extra cost.

 


 

Damaged, Missing, or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately via our contact page.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include a clear photo or video of the problem.
Without this, we may not be able to offer a full refund or replacement.

 


 

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened, incomplete or unsealed products (including booster packs, booster boxes, and other sealed collectibles)

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
