Authentic Products

Are your products from an official distributor?

Yes. All products sold by Beam Card Shop come directly from official distributors. We do not source from third-party sellers or secondary markets.

Are your products factory sealed?

Yes. All products are shipped factory sealed with the original official seal intact.

How are products packaged for shipping?

All products are packed individually and shipped with maximum protection to help reduce movement and prevent damage during transit. We carefully inspect each item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What if my package has failed for delivery or has an incorrect address?

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, we will contact you by email to verify it.

If delivery is unsuccessful or a package is returned, it will be processed as a return.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package here. You will also receive am email from the shipping company with a track and trace link.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days after purchase. During busy periods or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Can delivery be delayed?

Yes, delays can happen due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues. While we do our best to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates..

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Please check you filled in the right email to be able to receive the email.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer different shipping options, including standard and expedited shipping. The available options will be shown during checkout.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. You can see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

How do I request a return?

You can request a return through our Return Portal. All returns must be registered there before sending anything back.

What if I received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via our contact page. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Please include a clear photo or video of the issue so we can review it quickly. Without this, we may not be able to offer a full refund or replacement.

How long do I have to request a return?

You must notify us through the Return Portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

After submitting your return request, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Where should I send my return?

Please do not send your return to the address on the shipping label. That address is our fulfillment warehouse, not our return facility. Once your return is approved, you will receive the correct return instructions.

What are the conditions for returning an item?

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, and in the original packaging.

Sealed collectible items, such as booster packs and booster boxes, can only be returned if the original seal is still fully intact.

Can I buy a return label through you?

Yes. In our Return Portal, you can purchase a return label with track & trace.

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

Do I need to include anything with my return?

Yes. Your order number must be included inside or on the outside of the return package.

Can you ask for photos before approving a return?

Yes. We may ask for a photo of the unopened box or product to verify its condition before processing your return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may need extra time to process the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact us.

FAIR DISTRIBUTION

Why do you apply purchase limits?

We apply purchase limits to prevent bulk buying and give more customers access to limited products.

How many items can I buy?

For selected high-demand products, purchase limits may apply, such as 1–2 items per 24 hours.

How do you prevent scalpers?

We use backend systems to detect and block suspicious activity, including known scalper behavior and repeat abuse.
